Small enough to get the advice and support when you need it, large enough to be competitive and secure new opportunities. Future of business looks positive with likely career growth opportunities for many.
Cons
Can be quite siloed, lacks a central London office working space so developing relationships with colleagues is no longer possible, Particularly difficult for new starters to feel embedded in the business. Workloads are generally unmanageable for 90% of job roles and has never been addressed.
