      Pros

      Verdani has some the best leadership team I have ever worked for. The senior leadership team is open to new ideas and welcomes innovative ideas and feedback. In addition, the Verdani team is the best group of folks I've ever had the privilege to work with.

      Cons

      We can only move as fast as our clients are willing to, which can be frustrating when we want to pursue innovative initiatives like biodiversity and decarbonization. In addition, the pace is such that we fall into being reactive instead of proactive, which can be taxing.
