      Pros

      Started off very nice. They have good benefits.

      Cons

      They have horrible communication. They don’t train you when you first start and then when you don’t do something right they don’t tell you they just say you’re not doing your job. Rex tells everyone that his door is open and they can come and talk to him anytime, but if you do that your boss gets mad. It gets frowned upon by others.

      They pay mid range as far as construction companies go.

      Cons

      Micro management. No real bonus structure plan. They hire anyone to fill upper level positions. Most projects are understaffed and over budget.

      The pay is decent. You meet some very genuine people.

      Cons

      Uppers management inner circles. A lot of empty promises. No work life balance. Leaving at 4-4:30 is considered early. Jobs are understaffed and off schedule.
