      Pros

      Flexibility, that's about it. Good lab/office space.

      Cons

      Super toxic culture in which the CEO is MIA 99% of the time until she shows up having no real clue what is going on and acts holier than thou. There's a reason why she only can get tech investors to believe her BS. Be wary of drinking the kool aide.

      hard to unplug from office Not everyone is in line with upholding the company culture and following the 15 commitments, which seems unfair
