      Pros

      Employees come first. Management does everything to accommodate work and lifestyle balance. Flexible work schedules and company bends over backwards to help employees have a healthy lifestyle. Products are top notch and customers really like the products.

      Cons

      Company is small so a few past employees who were fired placed a bunch of bad reviews on Glassdoor that is making it harder for the company to recruit new employees. Once new employees come on board they realize this is a gem of a company to work for.

      Medical is paid by the company.

      Cons

      The people here have good hearts and want the company to succeed. But, they just can't seem to get things off the ground.
