We have harassment policies in place through our Human Resources Department, which we take very seriously, should any employee ever have any questions or concerns. Our “open door” policy encourages all employees to voice concerns to Human Resources or senior management in order to resolve issues and maintain a positive, team-focused environment. Verian also values work / life balance. We offer flexible work hours and remote work options based on managerial approval and departmental needs and schedules. Some roles may occasionally require alternate or additional hours, based on special projects and company initiatives (typically IT and support roles). We are constantly looking at ways we can make improvements, and appreciate your feedback.
