Pros

Staff works like a family, space to grow within company, and generous with holidays off.

Cons

While they are a family, they will drop you like a brick in water. Management was rash in many firings, often not realizing how crucial certain people were for operations.

Pros

Great medicsl benefits, people are very nice, a lot of employer events and engagement activities which makes the job fun.

Cons

Management only has eyes for you if your related to someone. If you don't know anyone in the business, it's very difficult to be seen and the potential for growth is limited no matter how much they say they promote from within.
