-good work/life balance -very friendly people -low stress environment -exposed to a lot if different work to increase skillset

Cons

-no clear GTM offering/always trying to find itself -seem to be always on razors edge financially -revolving door of staff especially in development and customer service -limited career growth -salary below market / Raises are tiny and fall behind.
