Breakfast Fridays, and lovely, diverse coworkers.

Cons

This company is shady. Not only have they missed paying us on time, but those in management thought it necessary to stop paying for our benefits on 04/30/2019. Today it's 09/08/2019 and we're still without dental, vision or short term disability. Guess what? No one bothered to tell us. They've stolen from us and lied. To our faces. We can't even trust HR. Sad.

They hire those with no experience and pay them more. Supervisors have absolutely NO EXPERIENCE. H.R. always try to sugar coat issues and nothing ever gets done.

Cons

Roles aren't outlined well. Despite being hired as a MLS or MLT you're expected to take on duties in data analysis, manfucaturing, inventory, automation support, being a "super user", etc. Responsibilities keep piling up but pay stays the same. Bringing to attention one problem uncovers 10 more and then you're expected to "roll with punches" rather than having the issues fixed. When management does actually try to fix issues, it's a quick patch, not a solution.. which comes back to haunt the lab personnel later on. The schedule does not allow for training on new procedures, projects, nor growth. This results in low employee morale.
