Great customers and coworkers. Lots of education on products.

Cons

Worst job I’ve ever had in cannabis. Favoritism. Micromanagement that bordered bullying. Everyone is miserable, management knows and doesn’t care. Pay is terrible. Always understaffed, Undertrained. No real incentives.

Wow, where to start. Calling even with the doctors note you get deducted a .7 points you’re gone management yells at you and makes you feel stupid instead of screaming at people in front of customers at that try pulling them aside. Explain what they did wrong employees get so stressed that they call out. They fired one girl and she legit had medical issues and had well documented them
