Worst company ever came across. Employee engagement/ employees satisfaction is null in verinite. They never respects their employees and never treat them as human beings, employees are just treated as animals, i thinks worst than animals.
Employees are terminated without any notice and there is no job security in verinite . Onsite site opportunity is null, they have those selected 4-5 associates to whom they offer onsite and never give chance to any new ones. New associate will always be backup option for them not the first choice.
HR is mere spectator. They are happy to screw the employee career, even its there fault.
High Unethical research practice. Rules and regulations are never followed by top level management.
