      Great people, but watch out

      Pros

      -Good company to enter into the industry -Awesome people to work with -Fancy free coffee machine, iced coffee, seltzer and fruit -Exposed to a lot of therapeutic areas -Flexible hours/work from home policy -Casual attire

      Cons

      Management is very concerned about hitting billability goals. No room for personal growth. Many projects to work on at once. Overworked, underpaid. Poor training with poor management and leaders. Lack of support in expanding technologies.

      If you're looking for a small CRO then this would be a pro.

      Cons

      No work-life balance; always a lack of resourcing causing remaining employees to be over-extended with workload; turnover is always extremely high; lack of management support; No solid structure in place to set employees up for success; no solid training and development for employee success or growth.

      Veristat has the hiring and onboarding process down pat. Their Talent and Culture group is professional, efficient and a true joy to work with. They not only have the process down like clockwork, they are personable and fun. They made the hiring and onboarding process stress free.
