      Mission driven leadership who genuinely care about their staff and progress. Proactive in addressing issues and astute to operational needs. Talented team of dedicated staff, family environment.

      Workload can be overwhelming and stressful.

      The hours were the only thing that made it worthwhile....no weekends

      Cons

      Favortism. Abuse (verbal/mental) from some co-workers and mgmt! From team leads all the way to the owner including the regional PM they will not ever help unless you are a "favorite". They allow favorites everything including physical threats!!!

      The work itself is enjoyable because helping those in need is my passion.

      Cons

      The company has zero integrity. They award Christmas bonuses and specifically tell those employees to keep that information quiet. Management and friends of management receive extra privileges and perks. If management doesn't like you personally, even having a phenomenal work record and ethic, they will ensure your work days are made unbearable by putting you under a microscope while turning a blind eye to their friends.
