This was my first time in recruiting and I was blown away by the professionalism, training, and true team mentality at Veritas. Employees and management alike are humble with a client/recruit first mentality and "team win" mindset. Daily, accounting and finance professionals were having their lives changed in a positive way!

Cons

No true cons. If you are in sales be prepared to work hard and be rewarded for doing so, no complaints. Activity = results.

Pros

Veritas provides great job flexibility with tons of opportunity to own your desk and run with the work. You are given the opportunity to do your role and have autonomy in the position, without a micromanager over your shoulder. They provide the platform, templates, tools, and all information needed to hustle in the position and make good money! An added benefit is always the feel good factor- you get to help people get great jobs.

Cons

You have to be willing to put in some work. Work hard on the front end and things get easier over time.
