      Pros

      I work there during the time that the organisation branded as Orora. Salary and training are generous

      Toxic environment! It's either you're considered as 'protected breed' or 'expandable'. The turn over is very high at the H.O. and as for the sites- it is less if you're a union member. Terrible IT system and at the sites, the work environment is totally neglected. The interior reminded me designs from the 90s, So it's either you are in a hurry to leave due to culture, or obsolete work-environment. Oh, I forgot the immense overtime that no one appreciate...

      Run from this toxic company - FAST!

      Pros

      The best part about this company was leaving. However, the people you work along side with at the local level (fellow reps, support staff, warehouse) are the only reason this company gets a 1-star. Above the people doing all the work mentioned earlier, the company sucks!

      Cons

      Management is out of touch. Local management (Buffalo) is petty and passive aggressive. Local management has NO IDEA how to sell based on relationships and customer satisfaction, and thus has zero leadership qualities. Upper management and CEO are all about the shareholder and couldn't care less about the sales reps, support staff, warehouse personnel, and most importantly, the customers. This company sucks to do business with and is even worse to work for.
