my department has good people working in it. i am lucky to not have had to deal with much turnover in this department.

Cons

the new ceo has ruined the culture of verity. there was a dramatic shift in energy when she got hired. people used to commute several hours a day to this job because they loved the environment and the values verity stood for, and now there is tangible misery in the air.

-Management is selective in applying accountability. Plenty of employees that break policy and no action is taken. -Overworked employees, especially those in back office roles. -training is nonexistent
