I can write a book but here is a list: Definitely not a tech company. You will not learn any thing. Not agile. Old and rigid frameworks. You can't say no or give any opinion. They are pushing their old frameworks in every project. Long working hours and working on the weekends, you are expected to do 20 hours work in 8 hours. You are supposed to know everything and they will make you responsible for some mistake done by other people. On the opposite side of work life balance. No bonuses. No one will help you and many "seniors" and " architects" are just titles. Very poor documentation. Micromanagement and people are treated like children or slaves. The promotions are not given by performance or merit. Many talented engineers left and leaving.
