      Non other than you can work from home one day a week so you can at least have a break from the toxic place

      Welcome to Vernacare, where dreams go to die, and so does your will to live.. Management style? Think Game of Thrones, but without the budget or the dragons — just constant backstabbing and a fire-breathing managers. The culture is a mix between a cult and a sinking ship, and somehow you’re expected to be grateful for the experience. If you enjoy gaslighting, micromanagement, and being praised for your “resilience” while sobbing in the toilet — apply now! Otherwise, run. Save yourself.

      If you're in the inner circle you can do no wrong, incompetence will be defended for you

      Very high turnover rate for good reason Unreasonable workload with no support Extremely unprofessional behaviour from seniors - shouting, complete ignorance and then knowing defiance of compliance Do not accept a position here, it will lead you to question all your abilities and ruin your self esteem
