Fixed timing - 9 to 6 (If u come by 9.05 or 9.15 they will mark half day 🙄🙄) Worst ever cafeteria - no cateres - You will have to get your dabba from home. and i f you are not able to get tiffin they u will have to Die by starvation as they dont allow employee to go outside for lunch. Managers are the worst. If at all i could specify name, i would have done so. anyways they themselves dont know what they are doing in terms of planning . they expect u to be so agile that u should be able to change technology within day ..like today -angular, tomorrow- Java then React js then Node .. No proper agile methodology is followed .. Micromanagement is at deep level. Worst thing is u have to call ur manager by Sir to satisfy their god knows what ego. Favouritism only they will do. No overall picture of requirements, projects will keep changing HR staff is nonsense ..they dont even know how to communicate with employee. They shout on freshers. they themselves are very confused if you ask them any questions. no proper process followed in work wise. No documentation of stuff. No testing of code. No wrk life balance . they will irritate you like nothing else. If you want ur life to be hell , then only join this organisation
