      Pros

      Pay is good but that is all one can say with a straight face.

      Cons

      Could care less about it employee just as long as client is happen. Versa is all about lip service when it come to caring thought with it promises. HR department has major issue when it come to dealing with employee issue and problem...."They just do not care".

      They have connections to a wide variety of companies in which they can place you.

      Cons

      If there isn't any need for contracting work, your on your own. Its just the nature of the business model.
