Pros

A small, nimble, innovative, and exciting company well positioned to take advantage of and lead the digitisation/ automation of the Accounts Receivable (AR) space across the world.

Cons

The recently started International expansion program is a WIP. But thankfully the leadership team at Versapay are supportive and responsive, ensuring that we have the tools we need to be successful.

Pros

You will learn how a company is badly run, and look for the opposite in your future job searches. Please reach out to former and past employees to get a full picture on this place.

Cons

Huge red flags I should have looked into before coming in; Check out the median tenure of employees there - it's 0.8 years on LinkedIn - the place is a revolving door. * CEO has been pushing out emails about following the Bible for months, no one on HR has the spine to tell him that this isn't a great look * No equity despite people being promised that this is in the works * No systems or processes in place, and no one to drive these forward. Attempts at this are bottlenecked due to having leadership involved in every move * Not a comfortable place to be for those who are not of the Christian faith * Leadership hires their friends, despite speaking a big game about diversity * Everyone I spoke to is a flight risk - * No parental leave * Despite voicing concerns, fell on deaf ears * They use the Microsoft Suite *Product itself is dated and they're very sales focused - not product focused * This is just what i can share publicly at this point ----
