      very very bad and cheating consultancy

      no one is good here they are cheating people.

      Cons

      This consultany/company is very fraud and cheating consultancy. at joining time they will do so may promises but all are fake. even they don't care about employee. please don't believe this company if u believe u will lose u r life.

      Employees are friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      - No Regular salary. They are paid quarterly or monthly or whenever they want to. - No Proper timelines taken for the project. - Project time lines here is decided based on cost not functionality - Every month there are deductions but god knows why are they deducted - Don't have minimum ethics to run a company - Management can yell at employee responsibilities if they have any personal grudge and if employee asks for their minimum rights then she/he is targeted.

      I have been working here since a year, friendly work culture, great support from the team. We have working on many mobile applications with new concepts or ideas . - The challenges you face will give you much confidence. - Good support from management if you are stuck any of the issue they provide us help. - On time salary.
