Pros

A great organisation to work with. The Owner/Director of the company doesn't make you feel that he is the boss! He is a great help and I got to learn from him a lot!

Cons

I can't think of anything other than that this organisation needs a good trustworthy sales person who wants to grow in career and life! I really think this is a great organisation to grow together.
