      Pros

      The Life Science Connect team did a great job welcoming me to their ranks and ensuring that I had everything I needed to feel comfortable and prepared to succeed. It's a positive atmosphere and they set you up to establish connections in the office immediately.

      Cons

      The hiring process can be lengthy, so anticipate multiple interviews before moving forward.

      Pros

      They spend significant time vetting the personality and cultural fit of each new hire. Currently a great mix of long-time seasoned employees and those earlier in their careers. Makes for a productive atmosphere where experience meets energy at all levels, in all skill sets.

      Cons

      Rigid in-office work expectation (philosophically reluctant to accommodate remote work beyond the occasional). Early cap/ceiling on amount of vacation/personal days (takes a long, long, long time to earn additional after the competitive starting amount and fairly generous rollover policy).

      Pros

      This is my first office job, and it has exceeded my expectations thus far. The staff is friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand. The office space is clean and new. Dress code is not strict and they allow you to have a lot of independence.

      Cons

      The interview process is longer than most. I didn't mind this because it allowed me to get to know the company more and vice versa. More remote opportunity would be helpful with a home/work life balance, especially if the position is mostly done from a computer.
