      Pros

      Zero. Cool idea and cool concept. Great location. Close to beach. Not much more to write about than that. Not sure how they are still around

      Cons

      One of the most arrogant and immature founders you will ever meet. I advise the investors to look closer and get rid of current founder CEO.

      Pros

      High capital raised. Will pay high salaries and provide generous benefits.

      Cons

      The CEO is incompetent, and hires consultants who are even more laughable. The company has no vision, and can't turn a profit. Its engineers move at snail's pace. It solely survives off its investors. It's a great place if you enjoy wasting your time on nonsense, greed, and a worthless business model.

      Pros

      Unlimited funding from a private investor No milestones have been set...so they can't be missed

      Cons

      Lack of direction from the 26yr old CEO Lack of experience from management Company culture is toxic (even though there are only ~8 people in the office) If you have a great idea...then you have to hope the CEO likes it or it won't happen.
