Pros

The company culture is very friendly and supportive. Colleagues and management encourage learning from scratch and provide opportunities to gain new skills. Flexible work environment with remote options. HR and recruitment teams are approachable and helpful. Every team I’ve interacted with has been cordial and cooperative.

Time flexibility and while joining only you can get more package. Friendly environment.

Cons

If you are joining as salesforce developer you will not get stable work and you need to think always for billing hours.
