      Pros

      Small organization that allows for you to manage multiple disciplines.

      Cons

      The owner of the company meddles in your work. He doesn’t understand the development process, and wants the team to work harder and longer hours (or weekends). Old school mentality, that doesn’t work in today’s culture.

      The team is friendly and helpful. Smaller team build comaraderie. Leadership empowers and trusts. Hard work is recognized.

      Cons

      Not a lot of upward opportunity. I'm not worried about it, but some might.
