      Pros

      Competitive pay, good management, helpful peers, and generally a good amount of overtime.

      Cons

      The year tends to start off somewhat slow. Occasionally there are periods that don't seem busy enough. Difficult to maintain a balance between work and family if doing longer rotations on the road.

      None, unless you can work alone. Company needs a serious training on Human Resources.
