      - Great worklife balance - Good pay - Really smart colleagues who push you to do better - Learning a lot about finance industry - Supportive leadership

      Cons

      - Finance industry can be a bit behind in terms of technology and slower to make a dent in. - Working remote is a con at times as it's hard to connect with colleagues and client.

      Pros

      Everyone is super helpful, kind, and will give you their time to get to know you. This company is filled with genuine people and I thoroughly enjoy working with them.

      Cons

      The only downside is that during the pandemic, it's all virtual and we can't go to the offices.

      Pros

      Great benefits Amazing leadership Work with a lot of cool tech with really knowledgeable coworkers. Compensation is only second to FAANG companies. Amazing work life balance

      Cons

      If you've never been a consultant before, you'll likely struggle here. I'm not familiar with the intern/associate track though, so that may be wrong. The normal consultant cons apply. Your day-to-day depends on the client you're working for.
