Pros

VerticalResponse went through a rough period after the acquisition by Deluxe, and there was a lot of turnover. Now the dust has settled, and the company has many new employees with fresh energy and a positive outlook. There is a lot of opportunity for ownership and growth, and the people are kind, respectful and collaborative. Goals and KPIs are clearly communicated and there is a lot of transparency from the top down.

Cons

The usual bumps that occur working for a big company - some clunky processes, opportunity to streamline collaboration tools, a lot of people and functions offsite.
