Some employees are remote and some have remote days

Cons

Management bullies. It's all about the bottom line and not the welfare of the employees. Promotions are handed out without justification to people that are not trained and the same people doing the bullying. I'm surprised they haven't had a few lawsuits. The turnover rate is incredibly high because the working atmosphere is awful in nearly all departments.

Started off overwhelmingly positive, a great atmosphere to work for. Respect of time and time off

Cons

Management changed and is now completely not responsive, pushes responsibilities and creates "fall guys" often enough to make up for shortcomings in management or development.

If you’re interested in a dead end career, or looking for something to do when you retire, then this is a good place for you NOT to grow.

Cons

Old white male management. Lacks diversity. No growth. Very shady, there’s nothing that can be done within this company without it being a double edge sword. Doesn’t consider their employees, even though they like to fake like they do with all the useless management training.
