The worst professional experience of my life due to management issues within the team I worked in. I experienced behaviour from immediate middle management that I considered to be bullying. This was raised through the appropriate internal channels, however it did not result in meaningful action. From conversations with other colleagues, similar concerns had been raised by multiple employees over time, which made the lack of resolution particularly disappointing. There is also zero career progression and compensation was not competitive compared to the market. Its well known within the teams that the CEOs do not care about their employees, with many citing similar bad behaviour from them
