      small community, helpful co-workers lots of international possibilities for those that work really hard or have no interest in work life balance remote work, perfect solution for mum's

      no structure, guidelines, training or interest in employee growth no admin no one is ever responsible for processes

      not much apart from paying on time

      Cons

      Top management don't want to their workers. They travel to regional offices and don't even bother getting to know their employers. I've seen and heard peers talking in a very disrespectful way to their own peers (especially if you are from India). Management keeps a blind eye on everything as long as the client is happy. Oh and if client abuses you, it's your fault.
