Biggest cons of this company is CEO Rakesh Sadhwani, No work ethic no corporate skills, no people management skills, no respect for good employees. Sadhwani is big time jerk and being a CEO he doesnt respect his own designation. He hire employee for his good and once work is done with no time he (sadhwani) start politics and make sure that employee resign. Sadhwani is expert in this. Maybe he gained experience over a period. He was kicked out from Kompsoft which was formed by their group of friends. I am sure this company do not have long run future in this competitive industry.

Please refer to below points for challenges: 1) No process oriented 2) Very much influenced by religion 3) Top management only supports if you are from the same religion 4) Not a proper IT company and more over this is a Body shoppe or we can say an upgraded version of any grocery store 5) If you want to grow in your career and want to enhance your skills I will suggest this is not the company to work for as all the senior leadership from this company are not matured as they never came out from there own shell and seen the world. 6) Since few people are relatives of top management hence holds the complete command in the company and if you just ask him how any company runs even he will not be able to answer basics still he is leading it though having bad market image and if we try to involve management too here all are biased and want Puppet. 7) Strong recommendations for all who are reading these comments please DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY RATHER I WILL RECOMMEND TAKE A CAREER BREAK till the time you are not getting any other offers. 8) I have seen all the systems of this company very deeply and nothing can change here till the time it is religion biased since few people and top management are from same religion strong recommendation do not join this company for Technical and Non Technical both.
