Poor organization. Hand-picked people from different teams to lay them off, then had to put them on a "temporary lay off" only to include them and other team members so they could legally lay them off. During the lay-offs they hosted a company Christmas party at the Katajanokka casino, highly inappropriate since they couldn't afford the 9 people they were trying to get rid of, supposedly
