Nice new offices in a good location and great people

Cons

Toxic leadership from our CEO which has created a stale, silent and terrible work environment. There is absolutely no alignment between teams and managers input are never listened to. It is a 'do as your told' type culture. Limited/zero career paths and a means to an end.
