Verum Technical is taking recruiting to the next level. They have invested in my career development since day one. The company really invests in its culture and tries to make sure everyone understands how to communicate with each other. I can honestly say I have the highest respect for each one of my colleagues who do everything they can daily to help me get better at recruiting. My goal is to make $100k per year and build my personal brand as a recruiter. Verum technical has allowed me to hit my career goals while have a great work life balance.
Cons
The staffing industry can be hard and if you don't have a thick skin you might struggle. Its really a sales job at the end of the day with high reward. If you can handle the ups and downs of the staffing industry, this is the job for you!
