Pros

This is a great place to work because it grants potential opportunity for career fulfillment/personal development. I did start at entry level whereas everyone does because the company uses a merit model to promote its employees which I feel that every company should. I am now currently in a leadership role here and I am learning how to develop others and conduct interviews!! It’s been very exciting!! With the help of emphatic leadership, great mentorship, and networking I am able to have ownership in dictating my paycheck and progression within the business. Working here has allowed me to realize that this is a peoples business with a lot of opportunity that uses marketing/sales as a vehicle to challenge me to leave my comfort zone and constantly chase the best version of myself. Great company culture as well!!

Cons

The opportunity can be a bit stressful at times but the struggle inside a story makes the story worth telling :)

Some of the best help to learn more about how I needed to be better in the Several Months I worked here I worked hard and learned to be more positive with Verus Outstanding Culture, Liam is a great mentor that will do what’s best for you to help and grow you as a business owner, realize the potential for career growth and you’ll get there :), while the job in the end was unfit for my current situation anyone with more time and energy to invest can do very well and I appreciate all of the opportunities offered by Liam!

Cons

Can be abit stressful and a lot of hours but if managed well and communicate won’t be an issue

Everyone here is so genuine to help progression and moving forward in the industry, everyone always has a open hand and it’s really different from past jobs we’re I usually found myself stuck without knowing we’re to go next! Highly recommended.

Cons

Only con that I have is that I didn’t start sooner!
