      Can't think of any cons atm Company is full of active and smart people who love their job. If you come with a "lazy"mentality, it might not be the right place for you

      Remote work, okay PTO benefits

      Cons

      Work / Life balance is horrible because of time zone differences. Typical to be bombarded before you've even started your workday or in the middle of the night. Benefits are mediocre at best. Elitism is a problem and software engineers are catered to instead of focusing on the product roadmap.

      Pros

      Depending on the team you are in, the work culture is amazing. People care about each other which makes the working environment sane and kind. People respect and empower each other to be better.

      Cons

      There is unfortunately a lack of transparency within some of the teams and some processes are not properly defined as it is a fast growing company.

      Terrible work life balance because management just don’t care!

      Work life was brutal!! We’ve got terrible work life balance and management just don’t care about you! No matter how exhausted or stressed we were, they continue to harass us with more work and more demands!!

      The hectic schedule and stressful work were brutal! No work life balance and management couldn't care less about your health! They're just good at harassing and pressuring you!
