Pretty rough place to work, honestly. Sales team was absolutely hopeless while I was there. Whole team felt scattered to the winds across the globe, so everything was disjointed. Toxic managers kept getting promoted which told you everything you needed to know. I was originally drawn in by the whole altruistic angle of the product, but once I realised the company couldn’t even use its own software to hire properly, I lost faith pretty quickly.
