      Pros

      It (used) to have a fantastic group of individuals (that are mostly gone)

      Cons

      The company has no proper financial or business planning in place. One day they throw parties the following day firing half of the office because there are no new projects in the pipeline. Also firing and promotions are done at will without objective reasoning behind them (length of stay, seniority, and previous projects performance aren't factors).

      Pros

      Working in VBT is a great experience - from helpful and friendly colleagues to having the chance to work with an international team and (at least in my role), help build a team that puts out amazing products that change lives for the better. At this point in my career and for the foreseeable future, I wouldn't have it any other way. :)

      Cons

      Tho company is growing at such a rapid pace that there are still some processes not wholly in place. However, I see steps taken daily to address those. Also, while working in an international team is really cool, sometimes the geographical distances get to us, but so far I don't think it has ever truly disturbed our dedication to put out the best products.
