The Turnover

Pros

You learn a lot of professional writing and customer retention skills

Cons

Long emails from management that belittle people You will see half your teammates leave within a year The other review is true. The pay disparity is tangible. You will see low performers paid much more than high performers. It is very ludacris and kind of funny since Mike is hardcore meritocracy. There is no meritocracy there or you would have a sensible bonus plan based on individual performance You will make them a stupid amount of money and you should be thankful for that chance

Pros

Opportunity to work with some smart folks (assuming they’re still around and haven’t left yet)

Cons

Senior leadership is out of touch Unless you’re in the good ol boys club, you are definitely seen as less than Office hours are a great opportunity to be embarrassed in front of peers Team meetings are all about how what everyone at the bottom is doing a terrible job So much internal negative talk Everyone is scared of senior leadership Employee turnover is ridiculously high! If you start today, you’ll be a senior tenured employee in just a few months!

Pros

Great for people new to sales roles (They won't call themselves sales though). You learn quickly how to perform your duties in an informal on the job training style. Diverse team of unique experience and skill sets .

Cons

Leadership doesn't understand how to maintain moral with their employees. Any successfully performing employees is allowed to rest after building their book, they always want more. Some of the hardest workers get paid the least while some of the weakest workers get paid the most. CEO won't take critics from his employees current and new, read the other reviews.
