      - Really cool, collaborative and supportive culture - They are doing some cutting edge stuff which has promise to take off big time - Small company so room to take on a lot of responsibility

      Cons

      - Seem to be doing a lot and the limited resources are quite stretched. - Dependency on slow moving regulators and partners
