They have the motto "Investors in People," though this serves as a ruse to mask the hypocrisy of the statement. It is well known that if you challenge the top-tier management's viewpoint, they will begin to discredit them and consultatively manage them out the door.
This behavior stems largely from a lack of emotional intelligence and maturity to handle alternative opinions.
