Pros
They're essentially trying to create an online recruiting community for finance and accounting professionals. The idea itself is not new, but the niche is wide open for a new player. Vested is in a good position to take advantage as it's being led by people who actually work in finance and accounting. It's a great startup to work for, and has a good potential. Typical startup perks - high visibility, jeans/t-shirts, lots of work-at-home opportunity, foosball and Red Bulls and Ramen in the kitchen.
Cons
It's relatively new, so it will take time to build the brand recognition. Small team so lots of work required.
