Cons
Management is is biased - suck up to them or they will never know you exist
Nepotism is at an all time high here.
They work off point system so even if you use PTO for sick time, you lose points.
Extremely strict on clocking in/out as far as exact times, had to clock out for breaks, to make a phone call, etc. Constant monitoring by supervisors, like a teacher walking the classroom.
