We’ve said it before, but we are extremely proud to offer very competitive compensation packages for any market. We recognize the importance of work-life balance and seek to offer flexibility and accommodation whenever necessary. As for promotions – you are correct! We want to empower and grow those individuals who show initiative through commitment, hard work, and integrity. As a testament to that, the majority of our management team was promoted from within. Additional responsibilities do lead to additional compensation, but we are also cognizant that hard work should be appreciated and recognized in all aspects of the work environment. We have implemented routine evaluations for performance which are often accompanied by additional compensation when appropriate.
