You get a lot of independence in how you manage your day and there’s always support when you need it. I've gained experience with the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. The team culture is positive and everyone is willing to share their knowledge.

Cons

It can take some time to get fully comfortable with the products your are selling if you’re new to the industry, but there’s plenty of guidance to help you get there.
