Work-life flexibility which rapidly changed due to an identity crisis and trying to be a mature company. The mission is good but the management lacks clear direction, so many u turns in terms of strategy. Parts for it are growing pains others are cultural issues and not accepting feedback,

Low to average pay compared to competitors and industry standards. The culture claims to be open and communicative but it is proven to be only lip service,
