Lots of Potential Goes Squandered.

Pros

Helping veterans and their families is a worthy cause. The need is huge.

Cons

It all starts at the top. Autocratic & egotistical "leadership" breeds micromanagement and incompetence. Everyone kowtows to the CEO out of intimidation. If an employee has a spine, they won't last. The people who stay have sold their soul and lost their morale compass - if they ever had one. The pay is awful and morale is usually in the toilet.

Residents are great people building is rather nice.

Cons

From top to bottom, no one there cares about anything but themself. Rather cutthroat,sad to see that people like this work with the men and women that have served our country. Alot of lies and sneaky behavior goes on, high turnover rate, they are not as committed as they say they are.
